Test Post 3: The 10–21 Day MVP Playbook
How we scope, build, and ship an automation MVP fast—without skipping the boring (but critical) stuff like logging and approvals.
A fast MVP doesn’t mean a sloppy MVP. Our 10–21 day playbook is designed to ship something real—connected to your systems, measurable, and safe to run—without getting stuck in months of planning.
Week 1 is scoping and alignment: pick one high-value workflow, define the “done” metric, map the data sources, and decide where humans must approve. Week 2 is build: implement the core flow, add validation, logs, and basic monitoring. Week 3 is hardening: edge cases, access controls, runbooks, and a small pilot with real users.
The goal is a decision point, not a demo: either double down (expand coverage, automate more steps), or stop with confidence because the numbers didn’t justify it. Speed is useful only when it leads to clear learning.
