Refunds & Cancellation Policy

At Insurge.io (http://insurge.io), we understand that circumstances may change, and clients may need to cancel or request a refund for services that have been purchased. However, as we are a service business, we do not offer cancellations or refunds.

 


 

Termination of Services

Our services are provided under a contract agreement, which includes specific terms and conditions regarding the termination of services. If a client wishes to terminate our services, they must do so in accordance with the contract agreement.

  • If a client terminates our services before the completion of the contracted services, we may retain any payments made as compensation for the work completed up to the point of termination.

  • If a client terminates our services after the completion of the contracted services, no refund will be provided.

 


 

Information Products

For information products such as e-books, courses, and other digital products, we offer a 3-day refund period from the date of purchase.

To request a refund, clients must:

  • Contact us at info@insurge.io within 3 days of the purchase date.

  • Provide proof of purchase.

We reserve the right to withhold a refund if we determine that the information product has been downloaded or used by the client.

 


 

Exceptions

In exceptional circumstances, such as a breach of contract on our part, we may consider offering a refund or cancellation at our sole discretion.
